Human Rights Policy

Harrison Spinks is committed to upholding and promoting human rights within our business operations and throughout our supply chains. This policy sets out our approach to assessing and managing human rights impacts, as well as our commitment to ethical trading, and sets expectations for our employees, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Harrison Spinks conducts its business in a manner that respects the human rights of all individuals affected by its operations, including employees, customers, suppliers and potentially affected groups and other relevant stakeholders.

Scope
This policy covers all aspects of Harrison Spinks Operations, including but not limited to:

• Community engagement

Our commitment
Harrison Spinks is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights in line with the principles and guidance contained in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Our human rights policy is informed by the International Bill of Human Rights and The Fundamental Conventions of the International Labour Organisation.

We believe respecting human rights is of growing importance to our employees, workers, customers, consumers, the communities where we operate. We will not tolerate, nor will we condone, abuse of human right with any part of our business or supply chains and we will take seriously any allegations that human rights are not properly respected.

Where national law and these international human rights standards differ, the higher standard will be followed, and where in conflict, the company will seek to respect internationally recognised human rights to the greatest extent possible.
