Harrison Spinks wins two Kings Awards for Innovation and International Trade

We are very proud to announce that we have received not one, but two prestigious King’s Awards for Enterprise which sit proudly alongside the Queen’s Award we hold for Sustainable Development. The awards for Innovation and International trade were announced on the 21st April 2023.
Having previously received the Queen’s Award for Innovation and Sustainable Development in 2013, International Trade and Innovation in 2018 and Sustainable Development in 2019, this brings our total to 7 Awards over the past 10 years.
We secured the King’s Award for Innovation thanks to significant work as an industry leader in innovation and design, including our design and manufacture of revolutionary glue-less, fine-wire pocket springs used in our mattresses.
Currently active in 13 European countries, plus the USA, Canada, South Korea and Australia, securing the King’s Award in International Trade supports our continued focus on manufacturing premium sustainable handmade beds to a worldwide audience.
The King’s Awards for Enterprise was previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, and the new name reflects His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 57th year, is the most prestigious business award in the country, with successful businesses able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
