Adam Henson’s farm and factory visit

He experienced every step that our mattresses go through in their conception. Starting at our farm where we rear our own sheep and grow our own Hemp and Flax. We use traceable British wool and hemp as luxurious fillings for our mattresses, along with Flax.

Adam then went over to our factory in Leeds to see every step of the manufacturing process. We are the only mattress manufacturer in the UK to make all our own fillings and springs. Our springs are made in-house from our own specially drawn wire and are ultrasonically welded meaning our mattresses are glue free.

We have brought weaving back to Yorkshire and have a collection of looms in which we weave our own fabrics. We hand-sew our labels and hand-tuft our mattresses, Adam even had a go!
