Bringing weaving back to Yorkshire
In line with our ethos to be leaders in sustainable comfort innovation, we weave our own FR chemical-free mattress fabric in-house. We combine traditional methods with state-of-the-art weaving looms, to create a breathable and FR chemical-free sleep surface for a peaceful night’s sleep.
In-house weaving
Weaving our chemical-free fabric saves over 28 tonnes of chemicals each year. We weave approximately 400 linear kilometres of tick each year, which covers 100% of our needs.
