Bringing weaving back to Yorkshire
In line with our ethos to be leaders in sustainable comfort innovation, we weave our own FR chemical-free mattress fabric in-house. We combine traditional methods with state-of-the-art weaving looms, to create a breathable and FR chemical-free sleep surface for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Eco-weaving
1 million square metres of FR chemical treatment free fabric is woven in our factory. This removes the need for 500kg of FR chemicals per year and creates a healthy sleep surface.
Supportive and comfortable
Our Micro springs are so small there are up to 5,000 in each layer. More springs mean more points of contact with the body, so you’re supported as they contour to your body.
